  • What is covered under warranty of the cabinets?
    • Initial repair.
    • Replacement, if necessary.
    • Touch up and adjustments to cabinet doors and drawers.
  • What is NOT covered under warranty of the cabinets?
    • Cabinetry damage after delivery, particularly from non-Specialty Woodworking, Inc. installations, or damage by other subcontractors on site.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Cabinet door and drawer adjustments beyond one (1) year from date of delivery.
    • All cabinet doors are adjustable. Weather conditions and temperatures may cause natural expansion and contraction in the wood, thus doors may need to be adjusted. This is considered normal maintenance and is not covered under warranty service.
    • Normal everyday use may also require doors to be adjusted periodically. This is also considered normal maintenance and is not covered under warranty service.
    • Expansion and contraction of wood is a natural phenomenon. It is a cyclical process, meaning that what expands will eventually contract and vice versa. Temperature and humidity variations drive this natural process. Therefore, effects of these phenomena are not covered by this limited warranty.
  • What materials and finishes are available for the project?

    We use top-quality materials like solid wood, plywood, and MDF, ensuring durability and beauty. Depending on functionality and what look you’re trying to achieve, we’re confident that we can help turn your vision into reality with our large selection of materials and finishes.   • Do you recommend post-installation maintenance or cleaning recommendations?

    Depending on the finish of your custom millwork, we recommend cleaning kitchen cabinets with a safe mixture of water and dish soap along with a soft cloth to ensure you remove any greasy stains.

  • How long will it take to design and build the cabinets?

    Depending on the project’s size, the cabinets’ design and manufacturing can take 8 to 12 weeks.

  • How long will the installation process take?

    Depending on the size of the project, our standard kitchen installation, on average, takes 2-3 days. Installation times vary depending on size for larger commercial or entire residential projects.
